Each booking requires a one nights deposit to hold your date and if we are unable to reach you within 24 hours your dates will be released. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE . Please be ready to put your deposit down at the time of booking. We cannot "Hold" Sites or rentals. 

 

 Check in time is @ 3 pm and check out is 11 am. No Smoking allowed in any rental unit. No EXCEPTIONS.  We have two pet friendly cabins, Lofty Thoughts and Timber Winds. We also have two River side Pet friendly RV's, River Sands & Walking Bear.  There is a 25.00 non refundable pet deposit for these units. Book early for these as they go fast! 

 

Cancellation Policy : There is a one night NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT! Cancellations must be made  3 days prior to your arrival date and at that time you will be issued a voucher only for a date change. Vouchers are valid 3 months. If you cancel your reservation after the 3 day period, you forfeit your deposit. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your arrival you are responsible for full payment of your scheduled stay. No shows and same day cancellations will be charged  full rental dates. Windy Sky does not refund deposits for any reason and vouchers will not be issued due to in climate weather except in a state issued evacuation for our local area. There  are no exceptions. If you are not in a pet friendly cabin or RV please do not attempt to bring your pet. We do check our cabin and RV's and if found with a pet in a non pet friendly unit there will be a 200.00 additional fee and you will be asked to vacate the unit for immediate deep cleaning. All other rules and cancellation policies are subject to and in conjunction with River Falls at the Gorge Campground. 

All rentals include the use of all campground amenities at no additional charge to you.
